Green Oasis is locally owned and operated and has been serving the Calgary, Red Deer and surrounding areas since 1994. We service commercial and industrial clients. Our service portfolio includes fertilization, weed control, vegetation control and more.
Landscape Worker – Calgary (5-10 positions)
Our business is seasonal and is very busy during the peak period from April to September. We are currently recruiting for 5-10 positions (full time and part-time) during this period.
Responsibilities include:
- Application of fertilizer, weed control and vegetation control products
- Tree and shrub fertilization
- Customer service
- Regular maintenance of trucks and equipment

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent team skills
- Must be physically fit
- Flexibility to work around weather interferences (wind/rain) and ability to start early (6:00 am)
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends during weather interference or peak periods
- Must have your own transportation to and from the shop as there is limited transit service
- Valid class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Ability to drive a truck with trailer is an asset
- Experience with lawn maintenance equipment preferred (eg. aerators)
- Ability to communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Strong sense of accountability and punctuality skills
- Ability to take direction and complete paperwork properly
- High School Diploma
Wages and Bonus Programs:* Starting wage ranges from $17 to $20+ per hour, plus overtime, depending on your experience, attitude and skills* We also have excellent incentives and year-end bonus programs
