green oasis associations / certifications

Green Oasis is licensed, inspected and regulated by Alberta Environment. Our field staff are either licensed applicators or certified assistants and we have ongoing training and educational programs in place. All the products we use are registered and approved for use by Health Canada and Alberta Environment. Any product applied to your property has been thoroughly tested, regulated and approved by the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).

Plant Health Care (PHC)

We are also accredited with the Plant Health Care (PHC) code of practice, an initiative of Landscape Alberta and its Professional Lawn Service sector members. The goal of PHC is to provide healthier green spaces for Canadians by promoting responsible horticultural practices and reducing reliance on herbicides, insecticides and fungicides. The PHC program promotes responsible lawn care standards and demonstrates respect for human and environmental health.

Alberta Construction Safety Association

Additionally, we are members of the Alberta Construction Safety Association and have achieved our Certificate of Recognition (COR) as part of our commitment to providing a safe work environment. COR™ is an occupational health and safety accreditation program that verifies a fully implemented safety and health program which meets national standards.
